Maranatha Homes is a three story, 63-unit seniors’ apartment building located in south Burlington, near the lake. Ideally located close to shopping centers, Burlington Central Public Library, the Burlington Senior’s Center, churches, grocers and many other amenities. Recent upgrades to our beautiful renovated Community Room; which includes a games room, library and lounge, also the attractive landscaped grounds, renovated units and refreshed corridors. The Homes’ award winning architectural design, combined with its reasonable rent rates make it an attractive and affordable accommodation for seniors.
Rent includes heat and hydro. All units are one bedroom and include a kitchen, living/dining room area, bathroom and sizable storage closet. Each unit also features a large balcony or patio. Indoor or outdoor parking is available at an additional cost. Laundry facilities are located on the main floor.

All our units are 1 bedroom units: featuring a combined living room/dining room, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, a large walk-in storage closet, and a balcony or patio. All our units are just under 600 sq ft in size.
Parking & Transit
Maranatha Homes offers our tenants outdoor or indoor parking, at an additional cost. The Burlington Public Transit bus stop is located at the entrance of our driveway, and often DARTS, Red Cross Transit, and taxis are accessed by tenants.
